J.Tom Morgan brings over 30 years of extensive trial experience to the private practice he established in Decatur, GA in 2007.

For 12 years, he served as District Attorney of DeKalb County. He now specializes in criminal defense and general civil litigation and is licensed to practice law in Georgia and North Carolina. J.Tom served as an anti-corruption advisor and spoke to prosecutors and investigators in Bangkok, Thailand in May 2011 regarding prosecution of political corruption cases under RICO. The conference was part of the Asia Law Initiative sponsored by the American Bar Association.
